The Royal Gondwana Nursing College provides structured internship training as an integral part of the nursing curriculum. During the internship period, students are posted in various departments of parent and affiliated hospitals to gain practical experience and strengthen their clinical competencies. The internship focuses on developing professional skills, clinical decision-making, patient care management, communication, and leadership abilities.
Students receive hands-on training in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Critical Care, Community Health Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing, Oncology Nursing, and other specialty areas. Under the guidance of experienced nursing faculty and healthcare professionals, students are prepared to deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate healthcare services, ensuring a smooth transition from student to professional nurse.
