Academic Qualification

The candidate must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) with :
• 45% marks – Open Category
• 40% marks – SC / ST / OBC Categories
Entrance Examination Requirement Candidates must obtain qualifying scores in MH-Nursing CET as per Government norms :
• Open & EWS Category: Minimum 50th Percentile
• General Category: Minimum 45% marks
• Reserved Categories: Minimum 40% marks

📝 Academic Qualification

Admission to the B.Sc. Nursing program is governed by the following norms

• The minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before 31st December of the admission year.
• The maximum age limit for admission is 35 years.
• Admissions are conducted through MH-Nursing CET
• All seats are allotted strictly through the State Merit List.
• The candidate must be an Indian National.
• The candidate must possess Domicile of Maharashtra.
• Non-Resident Indians (NRI) are eligible for admission up to 15% Institute Quota, applicable only to Unaided Private / Minority Colleges

Appear for MH-Nursing CET

Candidates must appear for Maharashtra Nursing Common Enterance Test

Step 2

Obtain Ranking in State Merit List

Based on CET score, candidate will obtain rank in the State Merit List

Step 3

Participate in Centralise Admission Process (CAP)

Register and fill choices of colleges during CAP as per schedule

Step 4

Seat allotment as per merit & Preferences

Seat will be alloted in participating colleges as per merit, category & preferences

Step 5

Document Verification

Report to alloted college with original documents for verficiation in given timeframe

Step 6

Fee Payment & Admission Confirmation

Pay required fees to alloted college and confirm the admission

🎓 P.B.B.Sc Nursing (MUHS)

Candidates seeking admission must fulfill all of the following conditions

1. Educational Qualification Must have passed 10+2 / HSC or equivalent examination recognized by the University.
2. Nursing Qualification (Mandatory) Must have completed General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institute approved by the appropriate Nursing Council / INC.
3. Registration Candidate must be registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council. Must possess a valid Registration Certificate (renewed wherever applicable).
4. Medical Fitness Candidate should be medically fit for academic and clinical training.
